I think this is one of the most adorable videos of Daniel sifting through the book to find the cupcake recipe. He just about makes the cupcakes by himself without much 'helping' from me.
all of us at FYIHQ are so proud of Daniel's cooking achievements and how independent he is becoming. we are so excited to be working with community groups all around the world. For the last two years we have been working with local groups cooking up a storm and having lots of fun! As this year has been a little different, we have been doing online cooking classes via Zoom and we've found them to be just as fun and even more interactive!
by chance, we connected with Dreams for Kids DC in the US and hit it off. Now we are about to have our very first cooking class with them on the weekend! We cannot contain our excitement over having a class with fabulous people half way around the world. The only little catch is with the time differences, Daniel and I will be cooking at 6AM! Luckily both of us are morning people. we hope to be doing cooking classes with Dreams for Kids DC on a regular basis. It's going to be fun and love making new friends all around the world. did you know we love working with community groups and corporate organisations? the cookbooks and classes have many benefits to a number of communities and with the inclusion of online classes anyone in the world can participate. A corporate arrangement with a group or organisation can be beneficial for everyone involved. by working together, we can have everyone cooking. of all abilities, all around the world. the arrangement is in the form of branded cookbooks in both printed and digital forms and cooking classes in person or online via Zoom. Through this arrangement the group or corporation would receive branded printed/digital copies of the cookbook which could be given away to members, used for promotional purposes or as a fundraiser for a charitable cause.
if this seems intriguing and you would like some more information, have a read of our corporate arrangement pack and contact me, Debbie on hello@fyieverybodycooks.com.au to chat further. looking for something to do in the October school holidays. How about a kids cooking class?
